I have a reaction paper that is due next friday on a peer article for my Ethics class.

A little details about the paper are:

  1. Choose a peer-reviewed article from the list below. You must locate the article using the KSU library (see “How to Find a Journal Article” video posted on D2L for help).

  2. Write a 1,000 word (roughly 3.5 – 6 double-spaced pages) paper in APA style (paper length does not include the title and reference page that you must provide – however, no abstract is required). There are two main sections of the text of this paper:

    1. Summary of the article (1.5 – 3 pages): Include an overview of the article. Discuss key points using your own words! Paraphrase appropriately and limit yourself to using only one direct quote (less than 40 words in length). Be sure all paraphrased words and direct quotes are cited correctly using APA format.

    2. Reaction to the article (1.5 – 3 pages): Provide your own analysis of the article’s content. Here are some questions to consider: Do you agree or disagree with the overall findings? Are there any limitations to the study/article? How can you apply the information in this article to the “real world” in criminal justice? Explain the importance of studying ethics in criminal justice as it relates to the article.

  3. Be sure to use APA style formatting (REQUIRED: Times New Roman, 12 pt font, double-spacing throughout, running head on each page). APA formatting resources
