The National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorders states that “[Applied Behavior Analysis] refers to the science of learning principles to teach or alter behavior that will improve one’s quality of life,” while a variety of different interventions and practices exist “within the umbrella of ABA to impact behavior” for students with autism spectrum disorders.

Research 2-3 articles on each of following interventions that include strategies and approaches based on the science of ABA:

  1. Discrete trial training (DTT)
  2. Early Start Denver Model
  3. Lovass Method
  4. Ziggurat Model

Submit an annotated bibliography of 750-1,000-words based on your research.

In addition, create a brochure for parents to clarify ABA and other interventions that are based on the science of ABA. Consider addressing:

  1. An overview of the program and intervention.
  2. Documented efficacy and outcomes of the program and intervention.
  3. Applicable age range.
  4. Time requirements.
  5. Additional resources for information on the program and intervention.

Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is/is not required.
