After reviewing the SWOT Essay Overview, develop a SWOT Analysis Grid (2×2 matrix) and a written analysis of the Strategic Plan of the US Department of Veteran Affairs. The analysis will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (challenges, obstacles) within the strategic plan.
